Manufacture of plates or strips of reinforced cement

The invention relates to the manufacture of individual plates or of a continuous strip of composite products based on binders and reinforcement elements. It provides a manufacturing process in which webs of reinforcement of reduced thickness are kept separate, during their impregnation by the binder, before joining them back together in order to constitute a strip of greater thickness which can subsequently be cut into plates if required. It also provides a system for implementing the process. The invention applies to the manufacture of cement plates reinforced by glass webs.
