Zusammenfassung:	A process for producing human kallikrein which comprises in vivo multiplication of human cells capable of producing human kallikrein, and in vitro production of human kallikrein from the human cells thus obtained. The human cells preferred in the invention are those of human pancreas, salivary gland, liver, and lung fibroblast origins, and are readily multipliable according to the invention whether they are of normal or tumor origins. Human lymphoblastoid lines may also be used in the invention, provided that the ability of the normal or tumor human cells to produce human kallikrein is capable of being introduced into them by means of cell fusion so as to obtain hybrid cells capable of producing the enzyme.
