Zusammenfassung:The pneumo hydraulic pump for welding forge and press shops has double-acting boosters and two-position distributors, with an interlock to control the booster piston movement. To prevent false tripping, an additional power distributor (39,40) is provided for each booster (2,3). Two control distributors (41,42) regulate the distributors (35,36,39,40) linking the pneumatic sides (6,7 and 14,15) of the respective boosters to one another. The main and additional power distributors have inputs directly connected to the air supply (34), with the output (39a) linked to the booster air space (2,7). The control distributors (37,38) simultaneously switch one additional distributor in the first booster (2) and the power distributor of the second booster (3). The inputs of both sets of control distributors connect to the air supply. The output of the first booster distributor links to the control space of the second distributor. The first booster connects to the control space (40c) on the second booster (3). The first booster outputs link to the air sides and output through valves (43,44) to the second booster power distributors, which output to their respective air spaces (14,15).
