Zusammenfassung: | The high speed hammer trigger mechanism has a sealed housing (1) with openings (2,3,4) which communicate with the working chamber (16) of the hammer, with the enclosed hollow space (21) of the working chamber (16), as well as with the atmosphere. The hollow space (21) of the working chamber (16) is enclosed by the front surface of the rod (18) of the ram (19) and by part of the wall of the working chamber (16), when the ram (16) is in its upper terminal position. In housing (1) are two valves (5,6) connected with a mechanical shifting device consisting of a double action solenoid unit (7) fitted with two plugs (8) operating two swivelling arms (10,11) connected at their upper ends by spring (13). The reciprocating movement of the solenoid and consequently of the two plugs (8) operates alternatively swivelling arm (10) or (11), which in turn, acts on valve (5) or (6).
