Zusammenfassung:The process is used for mfg. weighing apparatus having a capacitive transducer whose output is a frequency which is inversely proportional to that capacity and thus directly proportional to the gap between the two plates of the transducer. The two plates of the capacitive transducer are adjusted during mfr. After assembling the load receiver, a chosen force is applied on a given point on the load receiver. The force is applied in the opposite direction to that exerted on the point when a load is weighed. The two plates of the capacitive transducer are then fitted in contact and fixed in that position. The force is then released. The chosen force is proportional to the max. load. The coefficient of proportionality takes into account the ratios of the lever arms present at the weighing tray, and the chosen point of application of the force.
