Mist soil irrigation equipment - comprises low pressure hoses with outlets at regular intervals laid direct on ground without levelling (AT 15.7.81)

The irrigation equipment comprises components delivering the irrigation water to the outlet members. The latter consist of hoses capable of handling the water at a low pressure of up to 3 bar, their dia. being between 50 and 150 mm. These have outlets of between 0.5 and 10 mm in dia. at intervals between 0.2 and 2 m. The hoses are laid direct on the ground without the latter having to be levelled. Each hose can comprise one layer providing protection against mechanical damage and ensuring the necessary tensile strength, and a further waterproof one. Pref. the hose is made of a polyolefin deriv. more pref. polypropylene and/or polyethylene.
