Zusammenfassung: | The voltmeter is esp. for high voltage distribution network using a gas insulation for a screened conductor. The conductor is connected to time resistors (18,20) forming a potential divider to which a measuring conductor (22) is connected. The resistors enable a voltage to be obtained which is independent effects. The measuring conductor passes through an insulated hole in a cover of the metallic screen and allows the voltages w.r.t. ground to be measured by an instrument (26) connected via a protective amplification circuit (24).
