The face of each nozzle (5) for supplying the powder-like mixture of the refractory material and the fuel is placed below the face of each corresponding nozzle (6) for supplying the oxygen at a distance equal to 1 to 5 internal diameters of the nozzle (5) for supplying the powder-like mixture of the refractory material and the fuel. The walls of at least one nozzle (5 or 6) of each pair have, fully or partially, a form different from that of a cylinder.
