Zusammenfassung: | The plant has >=2 chill moulds for the simultaneous casting of >=2 prods., e.g. tubes. Above each mould is a set of extn. rolls lifting the casting out of the mould, and driven by couplings and pairs of worm drives so the cast tube can only move upwards. Above the set of extn. rolls is a flying shear in a housing travelling on vertical guides in synchronisation with the cast tube so he latter is cut to length while moving upwards. The cut length of tube is then gripped by a manipulator, which swings the tube from its vertical position into a horizontal position, so it rolls down a chute and into a through mounted on an endless conveyor belt. The belt is fitted with an endless row of troughs used to lower the cut lengths of tube into a storage bin.
L'invention concerne la fonderie. L'installation faisant l'objet de l'invention est caractérisée notamment en ce que le mécanisme 5 d'extraction du moulage comporte un train 11 de rouleaux d'infraction, auquel le couple moteur est transmis à partir d'un actionneur 13 par l'intermédiaire d'une chaîne cinématique constituée par une roue libre 32 et un système vis-roue irréversible, ou à autofreinage 38 et 40, ce qui assure la rotation desdits rouleaux et, par conséquent, l'avancement du moulage seulement dans un sens. L'installation en question peut être utilisée notamment pour l'obtention de moulages creux en fonte, acier ou autres metaux et alliages. |
