Zusammenfassung: | Oligomers of 2-24C olefins, with molecular wt. corresp. to an average degree of oligomerisation >5, are prepd. by polymerisation of the olefin at -80 to +30 pref. -80 to 0 degree C, in bulk or in a solvent medium, in the presence of a SbF5 - RSO3H catalytic system (where R is F or Cl; 1-9C (1-6C) alkyl; phenyl or naphthenyl; 1-20C(1-12C) alkyl-sustd. phenyl; or any of these radicals partially or totally fluorinated or chlorinated). The molar ratio RSO3H/SbF5 is 1/2 - 1/0.25, and the molar ratio catalytic system/olefin is generally 1/10 - 1/1000 (1/10-1/400) for a molar ratio of RSO3H/SbF5 of 1/1. The oligomers can be used in lubricants.
Procédé de préparation d'oligomères d'oléfines terminales linéaires ou ramifiées en C12 -C24 . Le procédé consiste à oligomériser lesdites oléfines en présence d'un système catalytique Sb F 5 - acide sulfonique à une température comprise entre - 80 et + 30 degrés C. Les oligomères obtenus ont une masse moléculaire correspondant à un degré moyen d'oligomérisation supérieur à 5. |
