L'appareil faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type comprenant une enceinte 1 dans la partie inférieure de laquelle est monté un dispositif 2 de chauffage de la solution, et dans la partie supérieure, un dispositif prévenant les incrustations sur les surfaces intérieures des parois de ladite enceinte, et est caractérisé en ce que le dispositif prévenant les incrustations se présente sous forme d'un écran 12 perméable aux fluides et dont les parois sont diposées, par rapport aux parois de la partie supérieure de l'enceinte 1, avec un écartement 13 mis en communication avec une source de fluide. L'appareil peut être utilisé notamment dans les industries alimentaire, chimique et autres.
