Zusammenfassung: | Rolls of metal foil (b) are made by continuous vacuum vapour deposition, where a rotating drum is coated with an anti-adhesion layer (a) onto which metal (b) is condensed. With the continuous rotation of the drum, the deposition sequence a,b,a,b,a,b,... is repeated, i.e. after each metal layer (b) is deposited another layer (a) is applied before the next layer (b). A roll or coil of metal foil is thus obtd. in which each turn of metal (b) is sepd. by a layer (a). Used esp. for the mfr. of pure metal foil with high quality and rapid prodn. An example is Al foil for the mfr. of Al electrolytic capacitors, where an exact microsurface is produced on the foil, improving the forming during capacitor mfr. and therefore the quality of the capacitors.
La fabrication de la feuille 11 est réalisée par condensation continue sous vide des vapeurs du métal 5 sur la couche 15 de substance anti-adhésive 9, appliquée sur la surface A du tambour 2; pour former la couche 16 du métal, qui forme la feuille 11 simultanément en rouleau 19 sur un seul support en couches successives. Ce procédé proposé assure un degré égal de pouvoir réfléchissant des deux côtés de la feuille, avec une épaisseur minimale de celle-ci, tout en excluant son gondolage et sa rupture par enroulement, ce qui assure sa qualité élevée. |
