Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:In the mfr. of carded wool, for carpetings, the spinning and winding unit on the carding machine has a spindle near the card take-up cylinder, which carries the bobbin and which can be folded clear. The spindle has an end piece, a static spindle body and an ejector to feed the sliver into the spindle channel, with a detaching and winding motion. Each spinning and twisting spindle has a cap at the leading end of the end piece. There is a drilling in a similar axis to connect to the spindle channel. Part of the outer surface of the end piece acts as a tensioner for the yarn running from the bobbin for twisting. A tube matches the axis of the spindle body with a gap for compressed air feed fitting into one end of the spindle body, while the other end covers the free end of the end piece forming a circular gap shaping the jet of the ejector. The spindle lies in the horizontal plane in the active mode and is displaced from the takeup cylinder so that the sliver enters the spindle channel through the drilling of the cap at an angle of 30-60 degrees to the spindle axis. The unwinding yarn from the bobbin winds spontaneously round part of the surface of the end piece with sufficient friction with the end piece and the cap to give a quality yarn of the required tension. L'invention concerne l'industrie textile.
