Zusammenfassung: | Viscose (I) fibres are prepd. by conventionally preparing, a (I) soln. from cellulosic materials; extruding the soln through a spinnerette to thin, continuous fibres; continuously feeding the freshly extruded fibres through a gas zone contg. >=1 volatile component which coagulates the fibre under selected conditions or by itself. Immediately contacting the coagulated fibre with an acidic medium to partially regenerate the fibres, completing regeneration by contacting with >=1 more acidic liq. and taking up the fibres. Cellulosic materials e.g. wood pulps contg. 90% alpha-cellulose may be spun. The morphology of the fibres is homogeneous there are no differences in degree of orientation of the cellulose macromolecules and the fibres have excellent dyeability and water and alkali absorption. |
