L-Proline derivs of acetyl salicylic acid - analgesics, antiinflammatories and antithermics, free from ulcerogenic activity

Novel L-proline and 4-hydroxy L-proline derivs. of formula (I): (where R is H or OH), are useful as analgesics, anti-inflammatories, and antithermics. The cpds. have no ulcerogenic activity, low toxicity and efficacy superior to that of acetyl salicylic acid.
