Zusammenfassung:	The rotary cutter to remove welding fins from welded pipe joints comprises an annular rotor with a flange plate (4) on which tool carriages are mounted. Each carriage has a roller (8) which engages the surface of the pipe to be treated. A holder is mounted for rotary angular displacement on the rotor and has a mechanism to effect radial traverse of the carriages. The cutter has a pair of drive shafts connected respectively to the rotor and the holder and the relative rotations speeds is adjustable.
