Zusammenfassung:	A complete mixt. of flavonoids (I) is prepd. plant material, esp. the leaves and flowers of Cratacgus monogyna Jacq., by (i) extracting with alcohol (ii) purifying the aq. soln. of (I) (prepd. by concentrating the alcoholic extract then diluting the residue with water) with CHCl3; (iii) extracting the aq. soln. with a 4-8C alcohol then (iv), redissolving the extracted (I) in water and repeatedly extracting with a 4-8C alcohol after which the final product is obtd. directly from the alcoholic extract dispersed in water. (I) rapidly normalise myocardial irrigation in cases of acute disturbance of cardiac circulation. They have good tolerance and no undesirable secondary reactions. Process gives (I) of high purity (>=94% with high recovery (>=85%) and requires only a small amt. of powdered polyamide for final purificn.
