Zusammenfassung: | The rotor winding consists of coils which are wound round each pole and each coil is provided with an end winding which is outside the core of the rotor and has several turns pipes connected to distribution chambers for cooling water outside the coil ends. Most of the pipes are connected at one end of the rotor by hydraulic connecting elements (32) to the axial sections of cooling pipes of the coils. The system is designed to be watertight in spite of strains caused by differential thermal expansion and incorporates pipes with 'U' bends. |
