Zusammenfassung:	The solar heat exchanger is used to heat the soil round growing plants. In order to remove the air bubbles from the hot water pipes, the top of the flattened pipe is drawn into a fold, and welded together at intervals. This fold collects any air or other gas in the water. The pipes can be arranged in parallel (2) running between supply pipe (16) at one end and the re-cycling collector pipe (18). They can also be arranged so that pipes (16, 18) run in parallel and close to one another, with the heat exchanger pipes running off at right angles in flat narrow loops.
