Zusammenfassung:	The device is for fixing on a structure (1) a body (2) such as a fluid carrying pipe. There are two half discs (4) with a separation edge and an assembly collar (5) for the half discs. There is an indentation in each half disc to help to locate the pipe (2). Other pipes (3) may pass through the disc (4) which is made of flexible material and has a seatings roughly the diameters of the pipes and a thin slits from the disc circumference to the seatings. The collar (5) is a distinct part of the structure (1) and is fixed by a movable arrangement, such as bolting (9) to a bracket (10).
