Couleurs d'impression pour l'impression directe ou l'impression rongeante

In the direct printing of textiles with pastes containing a vat or sulphur dyestuff, or in the discharge printing of textiles predyed with a dischargeable dyestuff, the paste employed contains, as the reducing agent, an amine containing at least once, directly attached to the nitrogen atom, the radical of an alkali metal or ammonium salt of methanesulphinic acid. The paste may contain the usual thickeners, such as alginates, starch, starch ethers, cellulose ethers, tragacanth, British gum and crystal gum, the usual printing auxiliaries, such as glycerine, urea, glycols, triethanolamine and the sodium salt of 4-benzyl-aminobenzene 1-sulphonic acid, and the usual discharge auxiliaries, such as anthraquinone and the betaine compound of the calcium salt of dimethyl-m-sulphophenyl-p-sulphobenzyl-ammonium hydroxide.
