Zusammenfassung:A process and device are disclosed for separating solid and/or lliquid particles and/or polluting gas from a gas stream by means of a washing liquid finely distributed in a gaseous phase and introduced in the gas stream within a gas washer. The two-component nozzles are distributed over the whole cross-section of the washer, preferably on a plane that extends perpendicularly to the gas flow direction.
