The invention pertains to a method for feeding in, transfer and application of data in a geographically distributed data system which processes input data consisting of question and answer information, which input data from intelligent terminal units and with predetermined authorisation is sent to separate node computers, into which input data can be read via a communication module connected to the node computer. The input data is arranged hierarchically and modelled so that similar input data in the user's interface always corresponds to the same code as viewed by the system. Furthermore, input data is transferred so that the data content itself does not influence how the transfer occurs.
