Vaahdotuskone

A flotation machine has a cylindrical chamber 1 with tapered bottom 2 to which is attached a pipe 5 which feeds flotation mass containing finely fractioned mineral particles, and an outlet pipe 6 for stone waste. In the walls of the chamber 1 are fixed a channel 7 designed to collect flotation mass and several mass aerators 10, while back in the interior of the chamber 1, a group of conical sleeves 9 have been arranged in the chamber's axial direction with equal spacing, the bases of which sleeves, having a greater diameter, are facing the upper part of the chamber 1 and lie essentially on a conical surface. Above the chamber 1 has been placed an arrangement 21 for feeding coarsely fractioned mineral particles, which arrangement is shaped as a hydrocyclone in whose cylindrical casing 22 is a pipe for removing the liquid part of the flotation mass, which pipe has been arranged to connect tangentially with the pipe 5 which feeds the flotation mass with finely fractioned mineral particles.
