Zusammenfassung:Device for the continuous treatment of liquid, equipped with a cylindrical container and a rotating filter basket subdivided into cells and containing a filter packing, in which the container is provided with liquid supply and liquid discharge tubes and a rinsing water discharge tube. According to the invention the container (1) is a pressurised container (1), the cells (8) of the filter basket are spaces bounded on the sides and above by metal sheets (plates), which underneath are terminated by support elements (13) provided with openings, the height of the filter packing (12) is smaller than the height of the cells (8) and the cells (8) are connected to the central liquid supply tube (2) and the rinsing water discharge tube (18) via the rotating distributor head (4) in such a manner that the rotating distributor head (4) comprises the stationary lower part (5) attached to the central liquid supply tube (2) and sealed to said lower part the adjoining rotating upper part (6), where in the lower part openings are provided in an equal division corresponding to the number of cells (8), and in the upper part (6), covering these openings in the start position and after rotation through one division, openings are provided adjoining the liquid distribution tubes (7) connected to the upper plate of the cells (8), where at least one section of the rinsing water discharge tube (18) is conducted in the interior of the central liquid supply tube (2) and is connected to an opening of the lower part (5) of the rotating distributor head (4) from the inside.
