Support device for supporting an upright mobile telephone

The invention concerns a support device using which a mobile telephone can be supported so that it will stand on a flat surface, for example a desk, in such a way that the aerial of the mobile telephone is approximately vertical. On the surface 1 of the casing of the mobile telephone which lies against the flat surface there is arranged a support part 5, 6, 7. It can slide from the first limit position when it does not project out from the contour of the abovementioned surface of the casing, to a second limit position when it projects from the contour of the surface, retaining approximately the same direction. The surface of the support part and the surface of the casing lie preferably in the same plane. When the support part is in the second limit position, the surface of the mobile telephone in contact with the flat surface is increased and in this way the stability of the telephone is improved.
