Zusammenfassung:The invention concerns a heat power plant with a steam furnace 1 and a turbine comprising a high, intermediate and low-pressure part 3, 10, 12. A feed water heater 6 is connected to a cold reheating tube 4, which comes from the high-pressure part 3 via a discharge tube 7 equipped with a shutoff valve 8. A fast-acting reduction and cooling unit 17 provided with a pressure regulator 18 is connected between a hot reheating tube 9 and a discharge tube 16 of the condenser 13. To increase the power from the feed water heater 6 without reducing steam flow through a reheater 5, during startup and low-power operation the feed water heater 6 downstream of the shutoff valve 8 is connected to the hot reheating tube 9 and the pressure regulator 18 of the fast-acting reaction and cooling unit 17 is set at nominal pressure in this tube 9.
