Zusammenfassung:The polymer material comprises a translucent polymer, e.g. polyethylene, polyvinylchloride, polycarbonate and an additive which absorbs an ultraviolet component of the natural light and transforms it through the luminescence into the light component in the orange-red spectral range. The material contains as the additive at least one compound of f-element, e.g. the compound of europium, terbium, samarium. The content of the additive in the polymer is in an amount of 0.001 to 5% by mass.
