Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a process for preparing a large amount of human interferon from human leukocytes. More precisely, the invention is based on the finding that the induced interferon activity can be easily increased by exposing human leukocyte suspension to both Type I and Type II interferon inducers. Thus the induced interferon activity is enhanced about 2-20-fold or higher than those attained with either Type I interferon inducer or Type II interferon inducer.
