| Zusammenfassung: | o-Diisopropylaminoethoxybutyrophenone is prepared by treating an aqueous solution of an acid addition salt of o-diisopropylaminoethoxybutyrophenone with a base. Preparations of o-diisopropylaminoethoxybutyrophenone in which it is present to at least 1 % by volume, together with 40 to 70 % by volume of isopropanol and up to 40 % by volume of glycerol, produce a deep and long-lasting anaesthesia on topical application to uninjured skin. |
