Zusammenfassung:Fiber-containing thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) prepregs comprising a plurality of fibers having a reactive agent containing a coupling agent on their surface. Methods and a system for making a fully impregnated TPU prepregs are also described. A reactive TPU pre-polymer and a curative can be mixed immediately prior to application to the fiber containing fabric or mat or the curative can be previously applied to the reinforcing fibers as part of a sizing agent before application of the TPU pre-polymer.
