Keksinnön erään suoritusmuodon mukaan keksintö koskee kosmeettista koostumusta, joka sisältää kosmeettisesti hyväksyttäviä aineita ja vähintään yhtä kosmeettisesti hyväksyttävää marjafraktiota, jolloin mainittu kosmeettisesti hyväksyttävä marjafraktio käsittää marjateollisuuden sivuvirran tai siitä saadun uutteen.
