Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: power industry.SUBSTANCE: gas burner for burning fuel gas comprises at least one gas pipe (2) for supplying fuel gas into furnace-boiler, a first cylinder (19) surrounding at least one said gas pipe (2) and a defining flow channel (3) for primary air around at least one said gas pipe (2) for feeding primary air to furnace-boiler. The first cylinder (19) ends at the outlet (21) of flow channel (3) for primary air, the second cylinder (20), which surrounds the first coaxial cylinder (19) and together with the first cylinder (19) forms a circular flow channel (4) for secondary air to supply the secondary air to the furnace-boiler. The second cylinder (20) ends at the outlet (22) of the flow channel (4) for secondary air and the third cylinder (23), which surrounds the second coaxial cylinder (20) and together with the second cylinder (20) forms a circular flow channel (9) for tertiary air to supply the tertiary air to the furnace-boiler. The third cylinder (23) ends at the outlet (24) of flow passage (9) for tertiary air. The first cylinder (19) has a free end (25) from the outlet (21) the flow channel (3) for primary air and to this free end (25), a ring (7) is connected in order to stabilise the flame in such a way that said ring surrounds the outlet opening (21) of the flow channel (3) for primary air and overlaps part of outlet (22) of flow channel (4) for secondary air. The at least one gas pipe (2) has a downstream end, which has a first outlet for feeding fuel gas into the furnace-boiler from the downstream end of at least one said gas pipe (2) and the second outlet for supply of fuel gas to the furnace-boiler in from the central axis of the first cylinder (19) to the ring (7) for flame stabilisation. The first outlet of the gas pipe (2) is configured to supply 80 to 95% of fuel gas, and the second outlet of the gas pipe (2) is configured to supply 5 to 20% of fuel gas. At least one said gas pipe (2) has a third outlet for supplying fuel gas to the furnace-boiler towards the central axis of the first cylinder (19) and from the ring (7) for stabilising the flame.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce NOemissions.19 cl, 3 dwg |
