Zusammenfassung:	Polyhydroxy butyric acid polymers or copolymers of hydroxybutyric acid and hydroxyvalerianic acid can be used for production of a porous, biologically resorbable elastic film for tissue separation and stimulation of tissue regeneration during healing processes in injured soft tissue of mammals, including humans. The film has a pore size which allows passage of water and salts through the film, yet excludes cells or other tissue particles. The method for production of the material is also described.
