Zusammenfassung:	Aprotinin analogues (I) with reduced nephrotoxicity and with a reduced position net charge, provided as follows, are claimed: (1) at least one positively charged aminoacid residue outside the protease binding site is removed or replaced with a neutral or negatively charged aminoacid residue; and/or (2) at least one negatively charged aminoacid residue is inserted or added; and/or (3) at least one neutral aminoacid residue is replaced with a negatively charged aminoacid residue; and/or (4) to provide reduced stability, one or more aminoacid residues are deleted, added or replaced with one or more other aminoacid residues.
