The present application relates to a graphene production facility, employing thermosolar technology in a process of chemical deposition of steam on rolls of substrate. To this end, the graphene production facility comprises a solar thermal collector (200) formed by at least one mirror (201) for the concentration of solar radiation on an array of four concentric tubes (202,204,206,208) defining a first annular space (203); further outward, and insulated, a second annular space (205) with a first heat-transfer fluid (210); a third annular space (207) further inward, with a second heat-transfer fluid (211) for the cooling of a central area (209), where a chamber (212) is disposed, surrounded by an insulating double wall (101), divided in two by a support plate (102) of the substrate, configured to be heated by the first fluid (210), the substrate in a first half (103) of the chamber (212) being connected to the hydrogen and argon sources, and with an orifice (104) for the insertion of the substrate from the exterior and an orifice (109) for the extraction of the substrate towards the interior of the central space (209) connected to the methane source; having a control system configured to maintain the second fluid (211) at a lower temperature than that of the first fluid (210).
