Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to magnetic nanoparticles (MNP), mainly of magnetite (Fe3O4), the surface of which is coated with dendritic molecules, specifically dendrons having a carbosilane structure and peripherally functionalised with active groups that are preferably in cationic form. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining the MNP from precursors (magnetite) and carbosilane dendrons. The invention further relates to the uses of these compounds in the concentration or elimination of microorganisms and nucleic acids. The retention capacity thereof depends on the generation of the MNP-supported dendritic systems. In any case, the interaction capacity of the MNP with bacteria, both Gram+ and Gram-, and with nucleic acids is observed. The application of a magnetic field to solutions of the MNP in a medium containing bacteria or nucleic acids allows same to be removed from the medium. |
