The invention relates to a facility (1) including: a tight, thermally insulating vessel (2) intended for being filled with fuel gas in a state of liquid-vapour equilibrium; a heat exchanger (10) arranged in a higher position than the vessel, the heat exchanger comprising a vaporisation channel (15) and a condensation channel (12) tightly separated from one another by heat-exchange walls; the intake of the condensation channel being connected to a vapour collector circuit (13) leading into an upper portion (8) of the vessel; the outlet of the condensation channel (14) being connected to the vessel; the intake of the vaporisation channel (15) being connected to the vessel by a liquid intake circuit (17) including an intake leading into a lower portion (9) of the inside space of the vessel in order to collect a flow of fuel gas in liquid phase.
