According to the invention, in order to form the conductor track arrangement an open woven fabric is applied to the at least one surface side of the photoelectrically active face element, said open woven fabric being woven from electrically conductive filaments and transparent, electrically non-conductive filaments, wherein the open woven fabric is not provided with a surface coating.
