Zusammenfassung:	A linear drive ripper which is flat and which comprises therein a drive assembly (2) with a crankshaft (6) and a rod-counterweight assembly (12) linked to the crankshaft (6) and configured to move linearly along a receptacle (9) arranged in the shank (1). This drive assembly allows the ripper to move with high vibration frequencies and maintain a very small ripper volume because it is completely flat and all the necessary elements for the movement thereof are in its interior.
