Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a mechanical system for fixing, closing and coupling intravenous perfusion catheters. The system comprises: a thin circular part (2) including at least two holes for subcutaneous fixation (5); one or more central passages (3) for the coupling of lumens; and an externally-threaded hollow cylindrical part (6) projecting from one side, the interior of which is smooth and provided with a locating lug (4). For household use, the system comprises a sealing cap (7) equipped with one or more small-diameter tubes (9) that are coupled in the lumen holes (3), a locating groove (10), a pull element (11), and a threaded blind cap (8) that establishes a hermetic seal with the threaded part (6). For hospital use, the system comprises an intermediate cap (12) equipped with one or more lumen inlets, and a hollow threaded cap (13) allowing same to be hermetically coupled to the threaded part (6).
