Disclosed is a rotary horizontal platform on which symmetrical longitudinal strips of parabolic mirrors are disposed and on which a radiation receiver on supports is disposed in parallel and at a height, the focal line of the radiation receiver being within the vertical plane of symmetry, and the supports being firmly joined to the platform. The rotary horizontal platform rotates on at least two concentric sets of wheels, and while rotating, the vertical plane of symmetry of the device virtually contains the solar disc. Parabolic profiles are prescribed so that the mirrors can be made using originally flat mirrors which deform by their own weight or by the action of clamps at the ends thereof, adapting to the configuration required for the optical focus.
