The cylindrical elements are in the form tubes (6), where an inner side of each tube receives a wire or an electric cable e.g. coaxial electrical cable, for transmitting electric or light signal or information. The cable is connected to a signal or information detection unit. The cylindrical vertical elements are woven with one another to form a lattice. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a grid.
