Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a recombinant nucleotide sequence that includes the sequence of the mrfp gene that codes for a red autofluorescent protein optimized for expression in lactic bacteria, as well as the vectors that comprise same. The invention likewise relates to the cells that include the sequence or the vector of the invention and the uses thereof. In addition, the invention relates to the use of both the sequence and the vector for the detection and characterization of a unidirectional or bidirectional promoter region, as well as to the use thereof for transcription. The invention further relates to the use of cells that contain the sequence or vector of the invention, for determining the colonizing ability of cells. The invention also relates to the methods associated with the uses of the invention, to a kit that includes the elements of the invention and to the use thereof.
