Zusammenfassung:	Un procedimiento para determinar la cantidad de ácido nucleico presente en una muestra, en el que: - se añade un fluoróforo a la muestra, - se miden las intensidades de fluorescencia emitidas por el fluoróforo en al menos dos longitudes de onda de emisión en respuesta a las estimulaciones lumínicas en al menos dos longitudes de onda de excitación, y - se deduce la cantidad de ácido nucleico presente en la muestra a partir de al menos dos intensidades de fluorescencia medidas. Determining the quantity of nucleic acid in a sample comprises adding a fluorophore to the sample, measuring fluorescence intensities to >= 3 wave lengths of transmission in response to luminous stimulations of >= 3 wave lengths of excitement respectively, and removing the nucleic acids. An independent claim is included for a fluorimetry for the determination process comprising units for the luminous excitation, units for measuring fluorescence intensities and calculator to the formula for determining the quantity of the nucleic acid given in the specification.
