Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for producing footwear with a controlled internal temperature, comprising the application of microcapsules containing phase change materials to footwear components, such as middle soles, soles, insoles or lining, and the application of a preferably aqueous adhesive. For components such as soles, insoles and middle soles, the microcapsules are applied first, followed by the adhesive. In the case of a lining component, a mixture of the adhesive and the microcapsules is applied. In both cases, the adhesive is applied using an air gun, with pressures of 0.5 to 10 bar, preferably 0.5 to 2 bar. A footwear item is obtained, such as a shoe or a boot, with components that provide thermal comfort while maintaining the internal temperature at around 32 C.
