Method and system for accessing transport capacity in shared radio access networks

Method and system for allocating capacity in shared radio access networks of wide area cellular telephone networks being shared by N mobile network operators, N 2, wherein allocation of an available bandwidth (1) on lub -or lur- interface comprises splitting the available bandwidth (1) of the interface into a set of N sharable partitions, each sharable partition having bandwidth initially assigned to one of the N mobile network operators for allocation to its traffic applying priority in packets and the bandwidth being available for any of the other N-1 operators to allocate the traffic from their users, as long as there is free bandwidth if there is no free bandwidth in the sharable partition assigned to a given operator, bandwidth from another sharable partition, assigned to another of the N-1 operators, is allocated to the traffic applying a priority lower than the priority of packets of the other operator. Procedimiento y sistema para asignar capacidad en redes de acceso de radio compartidas de redes telefónicas celulares de área amplia que se comparten por N operadores de redes móviles, N >= 2, en los que la asignación de un ancho de banda (1) disponible sobre la interfaz lub, o lur, comprende dividir el ancho de banda (1) disponible de la interfaz en un conjunto de N particiones compartibles, teniendo cada partición compartible un ancho de banda asignado inicialmente a uno de los N operadores de redes móviles para la asignación a su tráfico que aplica prioridad en paquetes y estando disponible el ancho de banda para cualquiera de los demás N-1 operadores para asignar el tráfico desde sus usuarios, siempre que haya ancho de banda libre; si no hay ancho de banda libre en la partición compartible asignada a un operador dado, el ancho de banda de otra partición compartible, asignada a otro de los N-1 operadores, se asigna al tráfico aplicando una prioridad menor que la prioridad de paquetes del otro operador.
