Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device and an in-line process for the extraction and drying of natural products. The process for extracting and drying natural products is carried out using water under subcritical conditions together with CO2 under supercritical conditions and N2 as an inert gas. The process is carried out in a single step, differing from other known processes described in the prior art. In addition to obtaining dry extracts, the WEPO process can be used to manipulate the size and morphology of the particles, which is of great importance in all types of bioactive compounds owing to the relationship between particle size and the activity, stability and bioavailability thereof.
