Zusammenfassung: | The method involves removing pocket which surrounds a part after drying, and placing an infrared camera (102) and lamps (103) for heating a material through light pulse (109) in front of an infrared thermography test (101). The test is heated through the lamps, and the evolution of temperature of a surface of the specimen during its heating and cooling, is captured through the camera, where data is transferred to a computer (104). Presence of defects is determined by occurrence of contrast on thermogram in digital values, temperature values or in temperature contrast values.
Método de inspección de defectos producidos en material compuesto de fibra de carbono por pinchazo en bolsa durante el proceso de fabricación, en el que se coloca una cámara termográfica (102) y lámparas (103) para calentar el material mediante un pulso de luz (termografía infrarroja pulsada) (109) frente al espécimen (101) a inspeccionar, y los datos se transfieren al ordenador o sistema de adquisición (104), y se determina la existencia de defectos por la aparición de contrastes en los termogramas obtenidos. |
