Each local subsystem (6) has a capture device (1), which is composed of sensors (2) connected to a monitoring chip (3) and is accommodated in a textile carrier or band which can be applied to the pregnant woman, and a portable patient terminal (5) connected to the chip (3) and to the communication network (7).
